For the UJ maybe your talking about rope fish.
To me UJ looks like lizard, and like mentioned above not all LJ look like frog, mostly its the genes in the CB specimen.

Maybe frog was a wrong description, but the lower jaws have a significantly different eye position as compared to the upper jaw species

Yes they do, it because of their head shape, uj head more rounder toward the top part were a LJ top head is mor flat.
