I feed every other day. I alternate between tilapia and pellets( NLS large fish sinking pellets and Hikari Carnivore). Occasionally I will feed Catfish.
As far as the amount, I try to give enough that they all get a few pieces(but enough that they are busy for around 3 Mins.
Im looking to add in red wrigglers or some type of bug/worm to mix it up. I purchased bug bites, but they enjoy the other pellets Better.

, would highly suggest adding a white low fat fish to your feeding regiment.
