Good eye Cohazard. Did you also notice my 2 male kribs facing off in the background with not a worry about the huge fish who could swallow them whole.

What time is that at? I looked but couldn't find it, I only saw one krib.

Do you have a platinum endli or is that a lap trying to blend in with the sand?

That is a endli x lap. I have had it for months now and it still shows no colour or pattern change. How do you define a platinum Bichir?

That's probably because of the white sand. I'm surprised the Koliba shows as much as as it does.

Platinum is a common term for leucistic type of albinism. Black eyes, and white body (not yellow with red eyes like normal albino).

You can see the Kribs facing off from about 1:20 on in the first video. You'd think a 6 foot long tank would be big enough for 2, 3" fish that don't like each other.

Oh okay cool I saw it now, I was looking through the second vid.

That's awesome how they are arguing with the plant stems between them, reminds me of that scene from crouching tiger hidden dragon lol

I guess even with a big tank, kribs just go looking for trouble :naughty:

I don't know how the red tail shark gets obese when all it eats is algae.

It probably been eating the bichir's slime. Red tail shark and other of it's own kind are known to suck on the slimes of bichirs. I used to have a 14" black shark and it won't stop sucking on my gars and bichirs. I later trade the fish, although it look good. Only if I had another tank to separate that shark, I would still have it.
