Add little bit of salt (about 0.3%) will very helpful and also antibiotics like oxytetracyclin does too.

I've experience several cases like this but most of them recovered very well in just few days.

Thank you again everyone for all your responses, he has gotten much better. Actively eatting and cruising around..however something very strange happened. I have another Bichir in the tank, my senegal. I bought them together, and they been living together for months. Today suddenly he died (smaller than the delhizi), and Im unsure why since yesterday he was his normal self. Only thing I noticed after he died was eyes missing...however im unsure if he died and then was picked on or was killed. The tankmates are 5 clown loaches/6 angelfish and 2 red severums. I personally never seen the tankmates both them in anyway,

The cichlids are probably the culprit. Fish will do that while fish is dying or dead. I guess their way of cleaning up to prevent from getting sick themselves.
