I'm sorry but that is still no excuse to keep them in that size of tank. RTC's can outgrow your tank quickly. I wouldn't be surprised if it reaches 8 inches and gobbles your arowana, TSN, gar and peacock bass even if you haven't obtained your bichir yet.troutking;2110834; said:they r all babies right now

the 360 is done cycling. so its okay theyre all fine for now in the 360. anyway it should hold my rtc for a while till i get the 20 k built. ive seen people keep them in a 360 for a long time. his only about 5 inches long so i have nothing to worry aboutbeantickler;2111385; said:I hate reading posts like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GET YOUR FISH A NEW TANK NOW or get RID of them! How can you even justify having ANY of those fish in a 29gal? Maybe if you already had a 360g and it was cycling I might understand but what you are doing to your fish is BS!!!!! You should be ashamed....![]()
a huge endli would eat a 5 inch RTC though...killerfish;2112633;2112633 said:Once your 360 is ready then you could put an endli with them get the endli as big as you can and it would work for a little while but eventually the RTC will out grow and eat any bichir
