My endlicheri bichir tried eating a fish that was too large and spit it out. He is now swimming erratically back and forth and has seemed really restless since last night. Water parameters are tip top and he has plenty of room and hiding spots. Im not sure if he is stressed, injured, or throwing a fit cause he wanted the big fish.

It’s possible the fish the endlicheri swallowed may have injured it internally. What specie of fish the Endlicheri tried to swallow?
Can always do a water change to be safe, never had an endli fail to eat something, but not a goldfish keeper 
my current endli ate a mid sized geophagus no problem despite it being seemingly large enough to be ignored. And a couple WC pink tail chalceus (rip $$$).
