Bichir Pricing World Wide?

Was just wondering what we all pay for our bichirs around the place...?

Im in Australia and heres a typical list:

- Senegal $250-$300 ( cheaper here in perth due to a local breeder $120 )
- Endli $500-600
- Ornate $300-$400
- Del $300-$400

Anything else is pretty much non-existent...

I've paid:
$100 - $600 for endlies
$50 - $100 for delhezies
had an ornate but don't remember what I paid.. that was like 2 years ago

Here in Wa:

Senegals: $10 -$20
Albino Sens: $25 and up
Long finned Sens:$40 and up
Delhz: $25-$40
Ornates: $40-$90

Prices are either depending on size or petstore.

here in Germany it is hard to get ...

The others:

P.senegalus (most common) ............ 30$
P.ornatipinnis ................................ 45-50$
P.endlicherii .................................. 100$
P.delhezi ...................................... 55-70$
P.lapradei ..................................... 90-100$
P.polli .......................................... 30$
P.weeksi (rare) .............................. 60-70$
P.congicus (also rare) ..................... 150$

... and if one could get the chance ...

P.teugelsi .................................... 385$

You will see: The offers in Germany/Europe are a bit different ... the Palmas-complex is underestimated but it is easy to get Dels, ornates and Laps - but the Laps with these vivid colours i can see here are seldom offered.

the normal species are very cheap here, but the rare ones are far too expensive compared with the price in Germany or other places in the world(Teugelsi e.g)...

however some of the spec are not often imported though the fish dealer can quote u a price. (Weeksii e.g)
I think the price is really weird in China

I think the reason is that Senegal, Endli, Ornate, Delhezi, normal Lap and even some Congicus are CB in Southeast Asia, so they are very cheap here as the ship rate is low from Indonesia to China.
