what i've seen here so far (all CB, i think):

3" endli - $35
2.5" Albino sen - $20
2" del - $25
2" sen (Petsmart) - $7
5" sen - $20
4" long fin sen - $30
4" ornate - $40
8" ornate - $70
10" ornate - $100

sens grow so fast and they all look very similar so it's usually only worth buying a Petsmart one. mine has gone from a short skinny Petsmart one to a pretty fat 5"er in a month, maybe a little more

where did you see the 4'' ornate sorry about all the (where are the bichirs at questions lol )

speaking of bichir growth rates you got a delhezi from golden fish right has it grown much mine hasn't seemed to grown much mabye a little thicker but nothin major

yeh keeping fish in Oz sucks, and prices are extreme...

but on the up side...we (mostly) never take our fish for granted and it keeps them out of the hands of absolute noobs and serial fish killers...LoL...

imagine neglecting a fish that cost you almost a weeks wages!?!? hehe...

i got it from d&g in foco, but I farked up and it escaped the night I got it and died.

my del doesn't seem to have grown at all, not even in thickness. It comes up and eats from the surface whatever I feed the black aro, but isn't growing. I'm pretty confused. I know sens are known for growing pretty fast, but they are just growing SO much faster

Manila prices are relatively low but species are limited to the CB ones. The list below are just estimates. Some shops sell below average, some above. some hobbyist sell their pets for even lower prices.

Senegal (ordinary) - as low as 2 USD for a 4 incher
Albino sens - around 12 USD
Delhezi - about 5-6 USD for 4-5 inchers (there are some nicely marked ones that costs up to 12 USD)
P. polli - more or less same as the dels
Ornates - 15 or 16 USD and up
Endli endli - 30 USD up (depending on size) The smallest ones available are at 4in
Reedfish - 18 USD
