I'd say weeksii would be fine, they're less active than a lot of other polys, IME. But with a weeksii, I wouldn't recommend having as many other polys as you would without one.
Teugs, mokes, and retros are a little harder to find than most other polys, and even if you know where to find them they're not cheap. Definitely stay away from all the lower jaw species, as well as ornates. I'd say add some palmas sp. and maybe some more dels or sens.

Yeah, in order of availability around here are senegals, delhezis, and palmas... so I may stick to those unless I find others. Won't a school of tetras get slowly picked off? Im also looking for something that stays higher up.

Yeah, most tetras would eventually get picked off. There's a lot of tankmates that you could have with them in there, anything that isn't so big/aggressive that it will hurt the polys or so small that it will be eaten should be fine. Check out this post from the primer at the top of this forum:
