Nice job in both acquiring 10 PBBs and setting up an A class tank for them. I hope they breed, sooner or later. Good job bro!.

Wow, u have to get a full tank shot! Nice Bichir Bichirs. They will breed!!

Thanks for the encouragement and for viewing guys. You can see larger portions of that tank in my other threads. Full tank shots will be impossible at this time because there's a 5x2x2 tank that blocks off 2 feet of one end of the tank. This tanks footprint is only 8x2 and it's 2 feet in height.

OMG!!! great polys, and setup, i got to ask how do you go abt cleaning this tank ?

The tanks been running for pretty long time, so apart from regular water changes. I don't really touch the sand other than occasionally vacuuming all the crap and detritus that builds up. I do have to regularly clean the filter sponges though because sand always clogs it up especially on the days when the bichirs are acting crazy.

Oh k, how did you go abt doing this, as im very interested in trying this out in one of my tanks, what filter system r you running? Sump?

Any eggs yet?

May I ask how you deal with the anaerobic pockets??
And what do you mean by "vacuuming", are just using a regular siphon hose??
Very natural looking poly-tank you have!!
