Added 16oz salt to 75 g. Turn lights and tank off

Hooking up an air stone,

He seems to be vertical.

Suggestions.

Hopefully he will pull through. Great you found him before he completely dried out.

The amount redness is not good. If you touch him, will he swim away? I had a palmas jump the tank (landing 3 ft) and end up on the 55F concrete for ~15 minutes (maybe more). There was less redness than yours. I had to turn her right side up, and the 3rd time I did it, she swam weakly away.

He does swim away if I hold him, thinking if I take him out put him in a Rubbermaid with tank water and air stone until he recovers.


The newly added tsn must have been harassing him over night.

Seems to have wedged himself under bog wood.

Any other meds suggested for potential internal injuries due to 3’ fall, exterior slime coat?

Methylene blue in tote, may need to add epsom salt to reduce swelling, and get kanaplex just in case.

Shoulda probably had him in a tote for Resuscitation...

Sucks, was 12”... hard to find here at that size...
