Wow sorry to hear this. How long did you have him? Was it prone to jumping?
How long have you had the tsn? Did you notice harassment at other times?
Sorry for all the questions I know its probably hard for you. I am try to put a working theory together but unfortunately I dont have the extra polys or really want to test the glass tank portion of my theory. Not that any of this is super scientific anyway.

Bichir I’ve had 6 months...
I’ve had the TSN for over a year in various tanks, was in a 60 for most of the time then to a solo 75, then solo 120. I traded him for the 2 bass (7”-8”) that were in the 75 with the Bichir yesterday. I did this so I could hopefully get the 4 other bass (recently purchased 4”-6”) I had in the 120 to learn to eat pellets and learn from the two larger bass. Also was slightly concerned the TSN (12”) may eat the smallest bass as it ate a smaller clown loach the week before.

Bichir not prone to jumping as far as I’ve had him. Think the TSN must have harassed him in the night or was a fluke...
