his bichirs probably died ... looked at the pix closely, they all suffered internal infection and needed immediate antibiotic ... they weren't healthy to begin with

If it were internal, they would be bloating, but I did notice the red sores on their bodies which could be external infections, but I was ready to treat them.

Either way, he should've refunded me most of my payment, not just send me a pump that I didn't ask for.

At least the koralia 3 works though and it has black impellar.

Well, I use Paypal and regardless of the shipment documentations, if the item is dead, not recieved or falsely claimed..they will investigate and make contact w/ you and buyer. If he does not complie, you'll be refunded. Hence, you should not try to contact him but Paypal will..there might be a fee but atleast you'll get most if not all your money back. Also, report him to MonsterFish as well..maybe they can help/suspend him!! Hope this helps.
