bichirs fart?

That was my first time seeing fish do that, I'm sure its fart LOL
Just like when u see in the swimming pool and see urself or others releasing buble from their exhaust
Between the 2 sen unfortunetely he is the bully, or could see some tail spanking the result of that

Perhaps it's different for bichirs, but usually the "fart" is an adjustment of the amount of air in the gas bladder. When the loaches do it, it's usually right after they surface to take in air.

I watched my bichir fart twice... at one time he had a lot of air in his digestive track that made his ass float up, while his head sank, I watched him because I was concerned, and saw him shoot out three air bubbles from his behind, after which his ass sank back down... he looked amused by himself.

Sorry I don't have a story to share.. but you guys have me cracking up!!!
I've considered getting a bichir in the future.. I will definitely keep and eye out, so I don't miss it when it happens...

come to think of it when my grey bichir pulled it off, my albino just dashing to the other end of tank..made me think is it that bad in there
