bichirs safe with syno eupterus(lace catfish)?

Weird. I never had issues combining the sens with Synodontis eupterus and Synodontis ocellifer.

Hmmmm...
My ornate has spent its entire 11 years with at least one syno in it's tank. Syno angelicus, eupterus, occilifer, and a 16" notatus for about 6 years. Never had any issues other than the ornate snagging a fin of the notatus regularly during feeding. You could hear that catfish clear across the house. Sounded like a turkey.
My one tank currently has 6 bichirs with at least 6 synos, and my other tank has 2 bichirs and 3 ropes with 2 synos. All ignore the other and regularly lie together in the same hiding spots.

My bichir and lace get along fine I haven't have any problems and they have been together for 6+ months my lace did suck on my Bullhead tho

My ABK and Sen hang out and display "friendship" like no other fish I have had or seen. They are always together.

Strangely enough, I had to separate my sens and ABK due to them always biting each other. No problems with any other fish, just the two. And it was only my male sen. The females and the knife had no issues.
