Bichirs with Breeding JD's?

They are in a divided 75g with the JD on the other side I was planning on growing them out to about 8 inchs

tha should be fine by then you could probably put them in the 125 well maybe not because of the plec

I think a 75g odd ball tank would be cool I might dedicate the 125g to cichlids and give my bichirs the 75g

You might wanna get rid of the pleco but yeah it could work. It comes down to the individual fish

ok I will pick the best female from the batch of JD fry (the original mom jumped out) and will try to pair t with the male if they get too aggressive I will remove the female

If the Jack Dempsey spawn then your going to have issues.

one of the things I think that helps with 0 ammonia is that as soon as the oscars poop I vacuum it out
