I don't know what that video has anything to do with overstocked for it only has two gars in it and they move around fine. And I don't know why the subject of overstocked is being brought up here besides it's a video made by Japanese.

No this tank doesnt look overstocked just that i seen some other tanks on youtube that where and they had some kind of asian writing on the top.You wont here me complain i say go for it.
