Hulon , I had the same problem with not being able to upload photos.

All you need to do is click " basic uploader" in the bottom right corner of the upload sub-frame when you open the insert image icon. The words "basic uploader" are really small and can be over looked easily. When you click on basic uploader then click browse on the right like you would do in the past.

You can still upload images from your computer.

This worked for me. I found this tactic in the bugs section of the forum.
