If that's a pinima do all the pinima have a chance to turn out so yellow, or is that a strain from only certain rivers? I have a bunch of Bahia & I am wondering if they have a chance to turn out like that. If they do I may just keep them all & put them in a 300 for a year or 2!

Guys i know alot of keepers are always hoping the price of cichla goes way down but in my eyes the price staying up is a good thing ..If the price drops the quality of fish goes down for instance look at what has been going on recently with these Kelberi !!!!!! If i can't afford some wild imports i don't buy as mad or disapointed as i might be that's the way the cookie crumbles !!!! If we as keepers are not willing to pay for quality fish "WE as Hobbiest are the reason that quality fish are not coming in that's my opinion sit back a minute and really think about that if an importer can't offord to bring in quality because he /she cannot then sell them because of price what happens ?????They bring in what they can move and sell who's fault is that ????I believe that we as keepers are to blame and nobody else!!!!!!!
