No grow yours out! Especially with other fish this way you can actually keep them in tanks with others and also this way they are used to the fact of having a smaller territory.

Yeah right he's is sick lookin for a youngin. I see all these juvies that look like crap and then look at him and he has soo much detail. There was another Dovii male to choose from and a beaut of a female but decided to go with him but I think I might have to get that Female.

What I am really trying to get is a texas X Dovii because i just got a 7-8" female Tex that will hopefully breed because her tube is out now.

Wow very nice to see such beaut of a young male dovii! =D I got my young 3" male dovii yesterday =) im liking him alot but no aggression yet...only thing thats aggressive to it is my last 2 Wild Orinos...lol but they only look at the dovii and flare and sometimes chases but my lil dovii gots lots of places to hide in...Already gots a nice blue on its finage

No female definately her tube is hanging out like you wouldn't imagine looks like she is going to lay eggs as well because she's got a fat belly. Plus she has no head and the black splotch on the dorsal fin. Definately a female and I think she might even be a Texas x Carpintis. She is like ultraviolet green and blue. You raised an awesome fish!

Not trying to make hybrids but I have always liked Dovii x Texas and I just want one. I'll cull all but one and split the pair up so no more babies.

To answer where he is: He's in with my Jag pair in their 125. There also is 6" or so Synspilum in there.
