Ouch, that would really suck. I have a venezuelan pike about 12". I also have an albino channel cat at 14" and growing fast...

Yeah, that size difference doesn't work. Sorry that you've already found that out the hard way. But, at least you sound like you understand that he's a catfish, that is what they are best at, and you're accepting him for being just that. It amazes me that people get mad at the fish sometimes. It's like, um, sure they did it just to piss you off...
