Big Blue Passed Away This Morning. (9 1/8inch ebjd.)

The severum I picked up at an exotic fish store in buffalo. I don't know the exact species, it was labeled as orange severum, he is very peaceful for the most part. 95% of the time, sometimes he gets in a chase mood for some reason. The big jack dempsey was king of the tank even with a 19'' teugulsi hiding in the weeds below. lol Now I will be looking to see if the 8.5'' I still have can take over or Orangey will be needing a new tankmate. All my fish are west african except the sev and ebjd, so might let the severum go to a friends ray tank and do some chromis of some kind. I was going to do the ctenpoma species, but I liked the bright colors of the orange and blue.
Sorry to hear that was a beautiful ebjd still it's nice that he got that big for you. I wish I had the room to grow one out. Again sorry for the loss.
