big catfish what have a slow grow rate?

1st i need to buy a pond so far i can only find a 106cm long x 73cm wide x 28cm deep pond what is cheap so far , do anybody any cheap ponds and do anybody got any info on a jau catfish ( Zungaro zungaro)

Wharf had an 8" Jau for 3125, i was my buddys gorgeus fish.
