Thanks for the info….that list doesn’t look as bad as people make it sound. However, the prices on that website you linked were more surprising…$800 for an endichleri bichir, $1100 for an altum!?
Bichirs are way overpriced here, I paid $200 AUD for my Senegal, (which is quite cheap, I know the owner well so I got a discount). I think the altum is because it is wild caught. 7fishes is good, but they do sometimes get super expensive/overpriced when it comes to the bigger rarer stuff.

It is clear that .avatar--xss { width: 21px; height: 21px; line-height: 21px !important; margin-right: 2px; } 12 Volt Man 12 Volt Man @12 Volt Man cares for Charlie and knows how Charlie is. You haven’t kept any giant gouramis of Charlie’s size, so who are you to criticise him for how he is kept? Charlie seems very happy and content in his tank.

I don't think MultipleTankSyndrome has any clue about keeping Giant Gouramis. that much is painfully obvious.

I applaud all parties for staying civil and at least formally polite. This is great and refreshing.

...

In my worthless opinion, unsolicited advice and critique forced down throat taste foul. Talk about starting on the wrong foot. No respect for basic freedom of a fellow peer.

Double so when it is done from paper and not long and hard practice, not from an established reputation earned by hard work and many years of reporting successes and failures. No respect for 1sthand knowledge and for accomplished work. Even if it is not ideal, we all evolve as keepers.

Quadruple so when a new lightweight lectures original gangsters instead of listening to them. No tact, no respect for experience and seniority.

...

The person who does this might say some good things or not so good things but in the end all was brushed off because the whole atmosphere was disrespectful, wrong and unpleasant.

...

My 2 cents.
