Big dead fish disposal ideas?

What do you do? I used to bury my cichlids but thought it was weird throwing dirt on a fish. Then I got a Bad Idea burn barrel for my cardboard boxes. I get a lot of chewy boxes and food bags for my big dogs. It was a pain breaking them down. I started putting my fish in the burn barrel. It worked well. Over the winter my Arowana died and he went into the barrel for cremation. Well, at a certain size, it doesn't cut it. I even put a duraflame log in the barrel to make the fire last but it has become a bit of a zombie nightmare. He cooked more than cremated. Poor guy.

Have you thought about becoming a crazy cat person? The right amount of cats will fix that issue in no time lol

When my pleco died i thought of putting it in epoxy but didnt know the whole process and it was kind of unexpected so too short notice for me to do it.

This! All my big cichlids or goldfish go under bushes or trees (small ones) in my yard. Helps them grow really nice.

He cooked more than cremated. Poor guy.

Obviously you need to try a little bit of lemon, maybe a few mixed herbs, I bet he'd be delicious.

My larger fish when they died I've just buried them in the garden.
