Big Discus won't Keep food Down?

How many other discus are in the tank? What are the other tankmates, and how large is the tank?

I have 3 other discus in there one was put in when he was put in. Tankmates are 3 small angel fish 2 large angel fish, stingray. And it is a standard 60 (48X24X13)
 
well hes keepin a little down now so i think it might have been part of the prblm but hes still not keeping down enoff

You don't need RO water to keep discus. However, if you plan on breeding them, it could help.

Ya im thinking of getting an RO system or my lfs has a RO system wher u can buy the water so maybe like every other w/c. Ill look into live
 
You only need it if you want to breed. I've had some breed without it. It does help though.
