so I have a idea that i need people to tell me im stupid or not i have a 75 gal tank with about 30-40 serpae tetras 10 corys 10 (give or take) plattys and swordtails 5 angelfish 1 opaline gourami 5 pearl gourami 1 common pleco

it still feels empty and i was thinking of adding a bigger fish and was asking about a blood parrot cichlid because they are cute af. issue is ik they’re cold blooded murderers, would this be a bad idea to add that cichlid? my brain tells me yes but my heart says take the gamble. would it be possible to make it work?

The tank is overcrowded already, especially if the angels and pleco are not fully grown.
Being a biotope enthusiast, I´d lose the geographically incorrect hard water Central Americans live bearers,
and the geographically incorrect Asians (gouramis),

I think your 75 gal. tank is going to look very small in the near future.

If you are wanting to move up to midsized Cichlids, shop around for a 100+ gallon tank.
