What's the dimensions on it? Looks oddly shaped
48x18x12

I was given a stand for a 48x18 tank but I didn't want another 75 or a 90 gallon. So I had that tank custom built. I guess I've never posted a picture of it. It's hard to take pictures of it because it's so short. There is a video of it somewhere in here.

I don't see his bars so pronounced too often. I'm guessing the white sand washes them out most of the time. Anyways, I'm happy anytime I get a decent picture of him.

Nice shots. I have about 900 crappy fish pics on my phone I need to delete. I really like those dimensions on the custom tank. It fixes the only thing I dislike about the 40b.

I usually take about 50 pictures before I get a decent one. My picture sessions are followed up by a "delete all the bad pictures" session lol.
I like the dimensions of it too. However, I think I'm going to get rid of it when I get around to buying the 6' tank.

How much krill is too much krill for the midevil?
I've always read that krill enhances the red (or whatever) in fish. I'm thinking about experimenting with it. Normally I feed him three or four times a week. And he'll get krill or something frozen sometimes once a week sometimes every other week. I was thinking of bumping it up to twice a week.

I think the only worry would be protein intake versus what's best for amphilophus sp. As long as the base staple is high quality, balanced pellets there should be no worries with feeding krill a bit more often.
