he was in a tank with a divider. there was a 1.5 foot jag on the other side. he didnt care how big the jag was he still tryed to attack and kill the jag. he was very aggressive at the petstore and is still very aggressive.

any fish is as good and great as you think it is
because in the end you are the one who enjoys keeping the pet and raising
so if you like the fish then he is as good as a AAA grade to you, might not be to others though
but as said above, no matter what you do, it is not going to be better grade FH

no offense man but that looks like a *** Green terror. you see it? the shape is green terror and the pinkish yellow green coloration. qualities of a good flower horn is starting from 3-4" the hump is already visible. try importing from thai or here in the phil. check this out. i got this guy for 2000 php or $50. his name is tip-sy hope i helped
I honestly wouldn't sweat what he looks like. Keep him and be happy. I would wait until you can find some reasonably priced Frye for sell then buy a few and grow them out. Everyone wants to have a beautiful fish that no one else has, but if you get to digging there are thousands of nice looking FHs out there that are for sale, so what really makes the fish cool is its personality. Just my opinion though.
