I know they aren't typically associated with nice obnoxiously prominent nuchal humps, but my friend's Green Terror has one that could nearly punch a hole in the glass.
That said, male Flowerhorn's have a good chance of developing a decent hump. As a previous poster said however, there is a lot of variance even within the same species.

You have to get a pair for the istlanum to get that type of hump.
They will have a little one, but nothing brings it to life the way a female would.
