You can probably find fry or juvies free on Craigslist. In a 90 gallon though it won't be long until you're posting their descendants on CL yourself.

I'm from Belmar, NJ and Tropiquarium, in Ocean NJ, always has a ton of convicts. Two months ago when I visited they had several large pink convicts. Just give them a call and you could put your name on a list and they'll reserve a large male convict as it comes in.

They sell them everywhere at Petland Discounts in NY for cheap prices ($3-10, I don't remember). It's a pretty common fish here, maybe you can stop by.

Thanks! My nephew gave me the log ornament. I think he got it from Wal-Mart but I'm not sure. I think I've seen them at Petco or Petsmart also.
