I have multiple males together, i havent found problems in a large enough tank and with other aggression lessening tricks. Ie. lowering temp, feeding multiple small meals, raising together ect. And dithersalso known as tankmates lol

I have seven males, seven brutes, together. No problem whatsoever. Problems only occur when you "cherchez la femme...."
haha, i now have a second male!!! my midas is chasing him a bit but no biting so we may be ok or i might be speaking to soon... heres some pics..
on previous experience with my midas as long as he's boss he leaves them alone, he's all bark. so fingers crossed that this male doesnt take charge cause he was in the shop because of his murderous ways lol...

Just wondering and sorry if im late in the game but are these all pure midas? And if so where did u get from cause i havent been able to find dark orange and white midas without them being midevils.

mine may very well have devil in them, as they breed in the wild does such a thing exist? comare any of the fish to a rapps picture of a wild red devil and all here are way more midas than devil imo...
dont wanna turn this into a midevil debate but heres my view, fish that favour midas i choose to call midas and visa versa here are some rapps pics followed by two examples of what i consider midas and devil.... the true devils are completely different to what we are used to!

just the way i look at it!-) could all by rapps and don conkeral if we wanted but most will turn out very similar to what we buy from the lfs around here at least... if are fish stores are ordering in midas the are midas on their list and sure any good store would get the hump if they were sent rd instead... no?
