Princeley) Where did you get them? If you got them at Wal-Mart, I'd say let that be the lesson learned. It's the ich capitol of the modern world. Still sucks, though.

who in their right mind buys fish from walmart!!

sory for the loss

My brother killed my 2 HUGE oscars while I was out of town a few years back; feeding them minnows he had left over from fishing

What you do is have a plastic cup with pellets inside and labeled for the day to be feed. Its best to have each day with each own cup of food. All they have to do is just dump the food in. I normally have put just a little bit of food for every tank, incase the fish dont feel like eating.
I have 5 tanks running and thats what I do when I go on vacation. Its idiot proof.:D

I would trust my dad over anyone to watch my fish considering hes the one who got me into fish :cool-1:

I don't know why everyone has such a problem with Walmarts fish, All of my fish came from Walmart, (total of about 25 of them) and none of them have died, or even gotten sick. I think it depends on where you are located and how well they take care of them. Tonight my son and I were in Walmart and we always stop and look at the fish and they are starting to look bad, but they never have before. I dont have any plan on getting any more fish, have no more room.
LOL:cool-1:

my friend went away for awhile and asked her mom to feed her platy and water her plants.. she came back and the fish was dead and she barley saved her plants.. her mom has no memory of her being asked to watch over them.. :screwy:

I let my mom look after my fish and i lost:
5 blood parrots,
7 clown loaches
a 14" tyre track eel,
8" oscar,
1 blue acara
6" perruno catfish
and a bunch of community fish :(

Its tough when u lose all you fish i know how you feel bro!

I got my oscar from wal mart, had it for a few years now. Only decent fish i've gotten from them. All my others have died from ick. :irked:

I'm sorry about all of your losses...
