actually snake head meat is quite tasty and is also considered a delicacy

I was referring to the canned snake head meat, it most likely doesn't taste too great.
I'm sure fresh snake head tastes great though.

just had giant snakehead porridge yesterday.
i eat it quite often and tastes great!

You can buy it canned in the US in some asian stores.
Probably tastes nasty, but I'm tempted to try it.
