What city are you fishing in?

I'm in Burlington but Lake Ontario water has been a big turn off for me since I went to the beach when I was younger and noticed those "Swim at your own risk" signs for cruddy water. Man- I live way too close to smelly Hamilton...

it may be a turn off to swim but the fish love it :D

I am fishing at Bronte Pier in Oakville.

yeah, it was busy tonight. but its not that bad as it is a huge pier. the only real reason everyone is around me is the usual story:

as soon as someone hooks something decent, everyone comes running over to see.

I am just as guilty as the next guy LOL
Hmmm i suppose drawing a crowd would be quite fun... until I pull up a hooked baitfish eating my bait worm.

went out to the same pier this evening and caught (and released as always) a big sheephead aka freshwater drum.

put up a great fight.

I spend my summers in Niagara falls on lake ontario, I used to catch sheepshead every trip out but havent been seeing or catching as many of them lately (I think I caught one last year and none so far this year), I've always put blame on the gobies, is it the same there or are they still prominent?
Sweet trout by the way!

What did ya catch the drum on?
