big tank build need advice

Ok so over gotten the bug pretty bad and I want to build a massive tank, I plan on cannibalizing two of my 55 gallons and using the front and back glass for front and single side viewing panels (3 panels acres the front and the fourth on the side) do you think the glass is gonna be thick enough for the water or should I order some custom glass? Help me before I screw up and flood my house

How thick is the glass on your 55?

If i were about to build a bigger plywood tank i would order one big sheet of glass. Lets say a glasspane about 2200x900x15mm you could build a plywoodtank thats about 230x150x100 with insight 210x80cm.

Im sorry i cant help you out with that since im living in sweden. Im ordering my glass from either denmark, germany or poland quite cheap
