Could water be splashing up (fish/filter/bubbles) and dripping or following tubing/pipes down the tank?

Tape pieces of paper towel at different levels of the tank and around tubing to help locate problem leaks.

thanks sir. will update you once i finish fixing...

update... the leak became stronger a week after it started. had to transfer my almost 3 feet ABA fish at 3 IN THE MORNING!!! my father had to wake me up at 3AM! And of course, i also had to transfer my 2 ft RK and my 1ft GAR into the 50 gal tank. the ABA is now staying at the 100 gal tank the 2 previously occupied...

im considering transferring the ABA into the pond BUT im just concerned that it might endanger the children who come by... also how long should i dry the aquarium before i reseal it with silicon?

You Knife won't hurt the kids and I would wait as long as possible after resealing. At least a week. There should be no vinegar like smell after resealing if the silicone is allowed to dry long enough. It should also be hard to the touch.
