My current stock. Plus some more goodies.

2 peacock bass
SRD flower horn.
Giant gourami.
Red bay snook
Albino tinfoil barb
Oscar
4 silver dollars (Def adding more)
Tsn x RTC hybrid.
Blue tilapia.

I'll be adding some kind of arowana that's for sure. More barbs if I can find them large enough.

Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't that glass a little thin to be doing a build that large with?

were Canadian...we will just add some duct tape and it will hold fine ;)

Everyone wants a big tank but most don't want to pay. The larger you go the price increases exponentially; this makes the big stuff really rare. If you're looking for a 'screaming deal' then you need to find someone who's life's falling apart and they're giving their stuff away for pennies on the dollar. You probably won't find these with a 'WTB' post.

I feel tank price for gallons is linear for most cases, at least until you get to custom

look at the increase from 180, 220, 265 and 300; some big jumps. Beyond that prices go crazy - materials cost more, weight, shipping etc. Smaller tanks yes, because they're everywhere.

I agree bit company aquariums like miracles I'd linear I believe, I'll double check though, I'll even make a graph just for the fun of it

by the way if anyone is interested in a 6'x2' and a 2'x2' piece of i believe 3/4" or 5/8" glass leave me a private message or just post in this thread and I'll contact you. I'm in the newmarket area and pick up is a must, I'll help load. not trying to derail just saw some comments on glass pieces

Interesting, here are the results. it's linear until you get to 100 gallons then it's a degree to polynomial growth. I will soon graph a full range up to 1000 gallons with a custom, diy and manufacturer prices
