Anyone else find that once they upgraded to monster aquaria and fish that the hobby stalemated a bit for them? I remember having a lot more fun with my 50 gallons than I do with my tanks that are hundreds of gallons. What's going on here?? Am I just a weirdo?
Nope love the large tanks. It's great seeing fish have room and be more natural. This helps their health too and they have better chances of reaching their full potential.

I went from a small 15 gal to a 55. At the time I thought it was huge but then after having it for a year or so it just looked tiny to me so I upgraded to a 125... if anything, I'm getting the itch to upgrade again. Small tanks=boring tanks

All tank sizes are fun. I still have 20 gallons and a ton of 10 gallons in my gaming room. Small tanks are fun in their own ways. But honestly i like big tanks more...

I sorta feel this way. I love seeing peoples' 500-1000gal tanks, and wish I have something that size, but something the size of a public aquarium would be lack luster to me.
