The big Jag is still hanging in their. He will be 11 some time this spring.

My reason for calling it a tetra.

To make it short, many years ago I went into a fish store run by a woman that knew everyting that their was to know in the world about fish. They had got a pirahna in a shipment of fish. She had no idea what it was ( amazing for someone that knew so much). I said to her, what have we here. She said its a tetra but its mean. I bought the red bellied mean tetra and she was happy the see it go. So I often call them tetras when I think of that " expert lady".

I got to thinking about it and my big jag will be 12 this year not 11.
