It was a dead Spanish Grunt at 3:00am that did mine in. I didn't feel like carrying it outside so I gave him the 21 flush salute. It was about five inches long and plenty thin to make it down but I guess it worked itself in sideways somewhere. I just used my brothers bathroom for about two weeks, letting the bacteria do its thing.
For larger fish a macerator should also be installed!
