Yeah but there are plenty of mammals still being discovered. So while no evidence exists that I know of yet there still is the possibility.

It wasn't until a few years ago that we actually found proof of giant squids, before one washed ashore all we had were sightings from sailors.

Sorry if someone already mentioned this but what about gigantopithecus! maybe it crossed Beringia around the same time we did.

No. And giant squid recordings have been known for a long long time. I believe an Irish monk found one washed ashore in the high middle ages and tried to preserve parts of it, I saw the beak of the animal that he kept when I visited, and fisherman used to snag limbs of them on deepwater boats for a long time. It just doesn't make sense that something so large and conspicuous could be hiding for all these years without any sort of definitive proof as to its existence. so NO.

Yes.

Where they tend to live is so vast that they choose not to be seen because the want to survive. I'm my opinion Bigfoot is a large mammal that we have yet to discovery.

I agree the finding Bigfoot show is a crock of ****. They actually never find anything.

I want to beleive because it would be cool to find one but naw after all of this time there would be some real evidence of one. So no

Wouldn't one think that after hundreds of years a live one would have been captured or a dead one or their remains would have been found?

Try thousands of years. The belief was started by native Americans thousands of years ago. Its actually impossible to believe in it. If they've been around as long as the legend to survive there couldn't be just one or it would have died long ago. Thered have to be thousands. And what happens when one dies? Nobody found a carcass of one? There's thousands of them remember? Uhuh...
