Also, one of the Bins will have carbon, bio max stuff. And one bin will have an air pump pumping alot of air.

Wet/dry filters will add all the air you need without the use of an air pump. As the water is sprayed over the bio media, it will mix with the air quite a bit.

This w/d i do will have 100+sponges and 100+ bioballs. So it will go through some major media. And i planned on adding a powerhead to my tank.

I wouldn't spend the money on the bioballs, the pot scrubbers have a higher surface area, and are WAY cheaper.
