My green is gold in color with green tinge in every scale. The tail is framed with blue and has strikes of dark blue and silver. They are wicked fish if taken very good care of.
I would assume that your avatar is the green aro.. Is it possible to post bigger pics of him? :)

No thats not him, I'm a horrible pic taker. I have a friend who wants to fix the drop eye on it and take pics of my Pearl/henlie motoros so I'll ask him to take some good ones of the arowana. I'd love to have some nice pics of my fish for once, I have some bad ass silver dollars I want pics of too.

Nice aro boydo! Nice to see another that was so close to home.

Green are huge arowana when they fully grown just like a red. But the only losing point is that they lack of the attractive colouration on them thus making them not as desired as a gold or red.

But like most who have kept a green long enough, they will notice that the green actually got their own personality compared to other aros. Just my personal point of view base on what I have been keeping though.

greens are sick because they are not that expensive and look pretty cool imo not everybody has mad cash to drop on a fish

Not to mention they got different kinda base colour. I use to own a com tank of them and some got purplish core, greenish core, more translucent scale which show more green horeshoes marking.
