There is no law that I know of against taking a dog that big for a walk if you could find one.

Of course you wouldn't know of it because there isn't one.

Because such a dog like that don't exist. If it does, there will be laws to restrict them in public Im sure. Common sense tells me a dog realistically that large can't be stopped with human strenght holding a chain. And look at that tiny rope he's holding!

Hey I have a pit bull weighing 60 lbs. that dragged my girlfriend with him to attack a dog that I payed hospital bill for so I know.
