Alright, understandable. :grinno:

Gulper cat

what about that sanchez piranha? seemed pretty interesting. but i dont knwo if piranhas are legal in texas?

what about more on the predator side?? cuz yeah, im not really looking for barbs and stuff. and id rather not get a pleco unless i must, cuz they poop too much. in my 55 now, i have him, some africans and some holy rock, and usually cuz of the pleco, theres poop hanging all over those rocks and stuff.real nasty looking.

and i think ive seen those texas cichlids if thats what yall are talking about and arent those like.. a hundred, or hundreds for one?

no way i picked up my texas for only $10 at my LFS, look around they are a great cichlid and tons of persoanlity not to mention beautiful:headbang2

Freshwater (Brackish) Moray Eels get to be 2 feet, but they spend most of their time hiding in small spaces and when full grown they can live in a 55 gallon tank okay.

(brackish) ... they are slowly dieing in freshwater.

i would get a bunch of exodons.

Or go with a texas. There is a full size texas right at my LFS. Im sure its near you , DALLAS NORTH AQUARIUM. I brought it in and it wont sell anytime soon. Its a blue texas and is mean as @#$%. Only problem is you would need to net the fish to clean the tank. It has some pretty big teeth and getting bit by it sucks. It doesn't quit either.

You could get a single Clown Knife? or other solo knife fish. Pretty, entertaining and they eat anything that can fit in their mouth. Alone it should be good. It'll hide at first but should get used to you.

I guess it depends on if you want 1 fish to be awesome.. or a bunch with nice personalities and community activity.
