thats too much,I think its ugly.

When it looks like a big bump on its head its fine,like on the cartoons when they bump their heads,but once it starts looking like a ball on his head thats a no go.

bump=fine, beach ball=not attractive

btw are koks bony or fleshy?would that thing still be visible if you took, lets say, an x-ray of the fishes skeletal structure?Or if it died and you had the skeleton cleaned?

those nuchal humps are mostly water, when the temp is increased it also increases the water pressure in that head compartment (assuming that its not implanted or injected)

OMG! what is up with that mans arm?!?!

This guy used roids, but his arm is full of an oil substance which he injected in his arms until one day it got infected, and as he injected more in, it popped due to the pressure of oil and pus. After going to the hospital for sepsis, the muscle was partially amputated. I read an article about him.
