When it looks like a big bump on its head its fine,like on the cartoons when they bump their heads,but once it starts looking like a ball on his head thats a no go.

btw are koks bony or fleshy?would that thing still be visible if you took, lets say, an x-ray of the fishes skeletal structure?Or if it died and you had the skeleton cleaned?

those nuchal humps are mostly water, when the temp is increased it also increases the water pressure in that head compartment (assuming that its not implanted or injected)
