ok who has the biggest pictus

ive kept reading how pim pictus get to ten inches but all of the ones you see online are like two inches long

lets do this fish some justice:popcorn::popcorn::popcorn:

i dont have a pic off hand (at work at moment) but mine i would say is about 6". Seems like he has stopped growing though.

awww come on no one has any pics of these at this point ill settle for anything in the pimedolus family ( im not sure I spelled that right)

I have one in my tank but he's only about 2.5". Doesn't really seem to grow much or maybe just at a really slow rate. Hardly ever see it either. Always inside a little cave.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but these are all from the pimelodus sub genera. (Sorry about the links and not pics, planet catfish does not allow hot linking)

na man thats not it I mean so far all these things about large pictuses seems like a myth I havent seen anything on youtube more than 4 inches other than a wild pim of some species that was cuaght on film while scuba diving. that vid was amazing im going to set up a thread for it there were platydoras costatus swimming magalodoras uranuscopus I belive giant raphy cats I think I saw a marbled raphy and the megalodoras got mad and attacked the diver :nilly::nilly:. it was just great seeing all these fish in the wild. and then going down stares to stare at my little Raphy

well pretty much even with so many thousands of people not a single one of you has a decent pictus this is upsetting I should try and be the first
