under ideal conditions P.e.congicus max out at 36-39 inches.
As for its age theres really no way to tell except to say its old to be that big

Toyin brought in a whopper size congicus, not too long ago. A little over 2 feet, I think.

A shame that it came in DOA tho... A real big shame. That thing was a beast... check out the teeth on that girl!
