biggest wolf fish in the U.S.

there are a few 3 foot + Hoplias Aimara in the U.S, and those are just the ones on record because they've been posted on this fish forum. There's 3 that i know of in that range, they'd all have to measured together to prove who's the biggest. I don't believe anyones measument on any fish until i've seen it on a ruler with pictures.

I have seen him a couple times when i go to shark aquarium, my 3 yr olddaughter is completely terrified of him i believe he is a black wolf fish and is suppose to be $3000, they had two of them a long time ago but someone from the west coast bought him

Hoplias Sp. Black are different fish.

That fish is Hoplias Aimara.
